Great bedding layout THREE kings, plus set of double bunks, a spacious gourmet kitchen ready for your cooking endeavors! This is one of the EIGHT vacation personally own and manage (Vacation By Dana) - good reviews!! This ALL NEW beautiful home completely renovated in August 2017 no expense has been spared! Comfortable santa Fe 1 neighborhood McCormick Ranch, the N. Hayden. Close to Loop 101 and surrounded by several Golf courses, close to the Talking Stick Resort/Casino, and the baseball fields, Old Town Scottsdale, Butterfly Wonderland, OdySea Aquarium, shopping, entertainment. You can hike the famous Pluffy Bog. Several restaurants are less than a 10-minute walk, including Interest, plus the Starbucks, Walgreens just a 5-minute walk away.
We PROVIDE:

*4 beach towels around pool
*high fibrous sheets, as well as the high-end mattresses
*gas grill, gas firepit, fountain in the intimate garden string lights

*Sleeps up to 8 but max 6 adults due to bunk
*Modern kitchen quartz countertops, kitchen island, the gadgets a gourmet dinner, including Keurig, regular coffee maker, ice-crushing blender, all pots, tupperware, wet bar glasses, Kitchen-Aid machines, even a full spice cabinet!
*SONOS speaker system, all flat screen Tv's (4 in total, all the Food that the Netflix/HBO, one in each bedroom and living room)
*Scottsdale green zone, 100 steps from the front door, and weave through a number of parks, golf courses and mountain views, 11 miles of trails.
