BONUS LAGOON VIEWS, Eight-mile long Little Lagoon behind the condo - views of the two bedrooms. Bring the jet skis, and fishing rods and walk through the neighborhood to the West, OR the public dock just 2 minutes out the back door. The kids will love it to fend off the pinfish, chasing promelas and hermit crab, or fall off the shrimp basket ~ adults love the fishing action as well as the sunset.
LOCATION: Sanibel complex lies in a low density, primarily residential areas where you don't have to fight for a place on the beach, but only 2.5 km west of Hwy 59, which is the bustling, restaurant, mexican Gulf Coast. A 5-minute drive from the Super Walmart in Ft. Morgan Rd 59 years old and you meet your shopping needs, including groceries and beach supplies! Approximately 25 of the hotel is a 5-minute drive, plus putt putt golf, the zoo and Waterville amusement park, Cinema, etc.
BEACH ACCESS/boardwalk is directly across the street, a few houses to the left.
