Description
This is the characteristic of the house's own jetty is located directly on the open water. Belongs to the group of Mushrooms, houses, and since 1938 a concept, the Kaag. The house both front and back garden and free wi-fi for data protection. The house is recently new build, whilst retaining the original character. Natural materials were used, but there is an attractive, modern appearance, fully equipped.
There is a bathroom, two showers, 2 toilets, central heating, fireplace, large flat screen TV, well equipped kitchen, surrounding terraces, doors, all the way to the garden. The evening is wonderful to enjoy the beautiful views of the outdoor fireplace. There is a bedroom with 3 box-spring beds, 1 bedroom with 2 box spring beds. The house has a spacious living room around the fireplace, wood flooring, large sofa and open kitchen outside big tables.
The Kaaghuis offers opportunities for pleasant holidays, both beautiful, at the wrong time. Because the house is on an island, it gives you a unique feeling of freedom, merging with nature. Getting up to a refreshing dive is a fantastic way to start the day. In the morning the pier the boat is passing, gives the feeling that time stands still for a while, that there's peace in the packed existence. At the same time, Kaag lies in the fact that in the middle of the Randstad with all its energy and activities. Both the boat and car, everything that a holiday should be accessible. The water sports lover can indulge yourself. The Kaagsocieteit the bustling heart of the (recreational) sailor and the racing sailor. Also a good drink, food, the whole family is there, 10 minutes sailing distance.
In the summer months, the house is accessible by boat during the winter months, to cover the coast about 500 m from the parking lot at the Nassaulaan, Kaageiland.
The location of the house makes it unsuitable for people with disabilities.
